Stephanie is a University of South Florida graduate with a unique dual background in English and Computer Science, allowing her to speak both "human" and "code" in the age of AI. Before founding On Brand Services, Stephanie cut her teeth in the high-stakes Los Angeles market. She worked with global giants like Fox and BIGO, gaining experience in managing digital strategy, marketing operations, and overseeing creator growth. Stephanie now leverages her enterprise-level discipline and experience to lead the agency with a focus on in-person support and customized strategy, bridging the gap between handshakes and AI automation. 

Stan is a U.S. Army veteran with over 50 years of professional experience as a business leader. After earning his engineering degree from the University of South Florida in 1975, Stan built a successful career at Procter & Gamble (P&G). In 1985, he founded Engineering Matrix, growing it into Florida’s premier firm for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (M/E/P) Engineering Design and Consulting. A pillar of the local business community, Stan has helped lead and build numerous other companies in Tampa Bay into multi-million dollar enterprises.

Kevin is a recognized expert in the future of digital connection. With over 25 years of experience spanning the military, nonprofit, and private sectors, he blends real-world leadership with forward-thinking strategy. He currently serves as an adjunct professor at West Virginia University, where he teaches "Emerging Media and the Market," guiding graduate students through the complexities of AI and modern marketing. He holds a Master’s in Mass Communication from the University of Florida, and has presented a numerous national conferences as a featured speaker.
